Rates
There are two tiers of pricing currently in place. One is for non-profits and the other is for private business. The hourly rate for non-profits is $75. The hourly rate for private business is $100. Whenever an organization books time, they will be charged for one extra hour. For example, if you need 2 hours for your event, you will have to book 3 hours. This is necessary to provide each renter 30 minutes before their event to setup and 30 minutes after the event to clean up. So, for a 2 hour event, a non-profit would be charged $225.00 ($75*3) and a private business would be charged $300 ($100*3).
If you are interested in renting the space on a regular basis (e.g. every Friday from 12pm - 5pm) discounted pricing is available.
